One of the things I really look forward to is my 3 PM afternoon tea ritual. For some reason 3 PM is when I totally hit the wall at work and I need a mental break and a snack to get me recharged for the rest of the day. I usually start by brewing myself a warm pot of tea and choose a flavour depending on my mood. When I’m in need of a major pick-me-up , I usually reach for Lipton’s Pure Green Tea   and add a few orange slices as a snack. Lipton has updated their green tea blend with a light, fresh taste, bright clearer color and a delightful aroma. I am a big fan of reading and always have been. I remember being read to as a kid and having my imagination grow from hearing all of those fantastic stories. When my pal Lana Gay told me that she would be organizing a kids book drive in Toronto, I immediately asked how I could help. A Good Book Drive  originally began in Vancouver in 2012 and since then it has expanded to Brooklyn, Calgary and now Toronto. For the month of February, locations all over Toronto have boxes where you can donate your new or gently used favourite kids book. The books donated are going to the fabulous Children’s Book Bank located in Regent Park. Being in debt is no fun. My parents didn’t make a lot of money, so I didn’t have a college fund and I definitely didn’t want to ask them for money. I put myself through university by working lots of part-time retail jobs and with various acting gigs. I went to school part-time for four years , partially because I didn’t know what I wanted to do (I was still trying to be an actress) – but also because I could pay tuition off slowly as I went. I eventually moved back in with my parents and went to school full-time for two years to finally finish off my degree. I’m now the proud owner of an Honours BA in Political Science . I have no regrets about going to university and getting my degree. It taught me how-to be a better writer, time management skills, work ethic and a respect for deadlines. Sziasztok! Hogy ne maradjatok még véletlenül sem bejegyzés nélkül, ezért összedobtam nektek az elmúlt év összegzését képekben, rövid kis leírásokkal vegyítve. Tavaly is megcsináltam, és sokatoknak tetszett, ezért úgy gondoltam, hogy idén sem hagyom el ezt a jó szokást. :)  Idén végleg elkapott a statement nyaklánc iránti szerelem. :D Nagyon sok hasonló láncot szereztem be a drága internet segítségével. És azóta is imádom mindet, habár sajnos mivel többnyire olcsó ékszerekről van szó, hamar tönkre tudnak menni, pedig olyan szépen vannak tárolva. Hümm Természetesen 2015-ben is a Dolce Blocco márkát választottam. És ezt a hagyomány idén is folytattam. Csodásak ezek a naptárak és ráadásul magyarul vannak, tehát szuperek!   Bevetésen a statement nyaklánc és az új óra. :D   Az egyik kedvenc diétás ételem.
